Important information about the delivery of your order

Delivery services in the parcel force/ Royal Mail network are been affected by the Black Friday, Cyber Monday sales as well as the Parcel Force/ Royal Mail industrial strikes actions, this has caused a back log of parcels at the hubs/ sorting stations. We have been advised in certain areas this may cause delays of 3-4 days. They are working hard  trying to clear the back logs as quick as possible

Dispatch confirmation and Track & Trace

As soon as your package has been packed in our warehouse and loaded to the parcel force system as long as we have you current email address or phones number Parcel Force will send you the shipping confirmation by e-mail/ SMS message. In this e-mail you will find the track & trace link to track your parcel at the delivery service.

Please note that due to the large amount of traffic it may take longer before the track & trace information is available or updated.
