All Optimal AG & Co.KG Brake discs are provided with cross grinding and are

manufactured accourding to TS 16949. They conform to the highest standards in driving comfort and safety.

All Brake discs are either standard coated or high carbon coated for maximum durability and performance.

Brake Pads are produced according to ECE R90 so guarantee optimum braking performance.

They not only conform to strict OEM requirements (ECE R13) but they have also undergone

and passed an additional speed sensitivity test.

All brake pads are degassed with a very high temperature during the production process

(scorching process) This means that a very high braking performance is reached immediately

once the brakes are put to work.
